What you'll do

Architect and reinforce foundational GTM technology infrastructure to drive demand and conversion.
Ideate, prototype, and execute AI use cases bridging data across multiple siloed platforms.
Own tool discovery, evaluation, and prioritization framework for software acquisitions and renewals.
Lead software evaluations, manage vendor engagements, and negotiate capabilities aligned with scalability goals.
Partner with internal IT engineering teams to integrate tools into the Uber Freight data lake.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting.
Direct leadership experience managing GTM analysts and tech strategists.
Master-level understanding of enterprise CRM systems like Salesforce.
Proven ability to write software business cases and present ROI analyses.
Experience with revenue intelligence platforms such as Gong and Demandbase.
Demonstrated capacity for cross-functional collaboration between technical and commercial teams.
Familiarity with product-led growth data integration strategies preferred.
