Senior Manager GTM Technology Strategy & Engineering

What you'll do

• Architect and reinforce foundational GTM technology infrastructure to drive demand and conversion.
• Ideate, prototype, and execute sophisticated AI use cases bridging data across multiple platforms.
• Own the tool discovery, evaluation, and prioritization framework for new software acquisitions.
• Lead software evaluations, manage vendor engagements, and negotiate capabilities aligned with corporate goals.
• Partner closely with internal IT engineering teams to integrate tools into Uber Freight's data lake.
• Establish structural adoption metrics and set operational goals to improve daily active usage of tools.
• Build deployment training paths and clear documentation for habitual rep behavior in using tools.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Management Consulting.
• Direct people management experience leading GTM analysts and tech strategists.
• Master-level understanding of enterprise CRM systems like Salesforce, revenue intelligence platforms like Gong, and ABM tools.
• Proven experience writing formal software business cases and presenting ROI analyses to executive committees.
• Demonstrated capacity to build consensus between technical development engineering groups and commercial sales organizations.
