  • Own tool discovery, evaluation, and prioritization framework; author business cases and ROI models.
  • Lead software evaluations, manage vendor engagements, and negotiate capabilities aligned with scalability goals.
  • Partner with internal IT engineering teams to integrate tools into the Uber Freight data lake seamlessly.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Management Consulting.
  • Direct people management experience leading GTM analysts and tech strategists.
  • Master-level understanding of enterprise CRM systems like Salesforce, revenue intelligence platforms like Gong, and ABM tools like Demandbase.
  • Proven experience writing formal software business cases and presenting ROI analyses to executive committees.
  • Demonstrated capacity to build consensus between technical development teams and commercial sales organizations.
