Senior Manager, Embodied AI

What you'll do

• Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers to build and scale the Data Flywheel.
• Define the technical vision for Data Foundations and establish engineering best practices.
• Develop project roadmaps and set development priorities aligned with company goals and product milestones.
• Build scalable systems and pipelines to increase data volume, diversity, and impact on foundation models.
• Oversee the definition of data quality processes across the entire data loop.
• Solve complex data scaling challenges involving multiple sources for large-scale model training.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams involved in autonomous vehicle model development and validation.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions to production environments.

What we're looking for

• BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams with a focus on operational excellence.
• Track record of delivering scalable software solutions to production environments using Python.
• Experience solving data scaling challenges including diversity, quality, and multi-source integration for large models.
• Strong leadership skills in mentoring, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to define roadmaps and align with company objectives.
• Preferred experience in the Robotics or AV/ADAS industry.
• Experience building training pipelines for large models and using tools like Numpy, Pandas, and Apache Spark.
