Senior Manager, Embodied AI

What you'll do

• Manage a team of AI/ML engineers building and scaling the Data Flywheel at GM.
• Set best practices, give feedback, and provide mentorship to direct reports.
• Define project roadmap and development priorities for Data Foundations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals and product requirements.
• Drive technical vision and operational excellence in AV model development.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• Track record of delivering scalable software solutions in production using Python.
• Demonstrated ability to solve data scaling challenges, including diversity and quality issues.
• Strong background in inspiring and motivating teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills for driving innovation.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
