What you'll do

  • Design, build, and operate core developer infrastructure services including CI, build systems, and deployment orchestration.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience building and operating production software with strong distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Go or a similar programming language.
  • Track record of shipping high-impact backend or platform systems from design through production.
  • Experience in developer infrastructure or platform domains like CI/CD, build systems, release tooling, or test infrastructure.
  • Experience operating at scale with Kubernetes, AWS, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and containers.
  • Strong operational instincts focused on reliability, security, and observability.
  • Experience with observability and performance tooling such as Datadog.
  • Ability to use generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
