  • Proficiency in SQL and Python to independently verify team work.
  • Proven track record of hiring and developing staff into senior roles.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • A PhD or master's degree in statistics, economics, computer science, or another quantitative field (preferred).
  • Experience bringing AI tools into a team's analysis and reporting work (preferred).
