Senior Manager, Data Center Operations

What you'll do

• Oversee data center operations across multiple sites, integrating performance metrics into the broader business strategy.
• Direct teams in resolving escalated technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing crisis protocols.
• Lead new region builds and expansion projects while managing timelines and capacity with engineering teams.
• Enforce standards for component replacements, inventory management, and large-scale infrastructure upgrades.
• Implement advanced maintenance strategies to optimize data center efficiency, power trains, and cooling systems.
• Manage the talent pipeline by leading interviews, coaching team members, and aligning individual goals with organizational needs.
• Standardize processes and documentation to ensure consistency across the data center knowledge base.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to oversee data center operations across multiple locations.
• Must be able to manage and integrate team performance, operations metrics, and capacity analysis into business strategy.
• Must be able to lead teams in supporting escalated technical issues, crisis management, and root cause analysis.
• Must be able to lead new region builds and expansion activities as a senior liaison with project and engineering teams.
• Must be able to manage installations, repairs, inventory, logistics, and component replacements.
• Must be able to implement advanced maintenance strategies for data center efficiency and stability.
