Director, Data Center Operations

What you'll do

• Set strategic direction for performance monitoring, network evaluation, and capacity analysis in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Oversee support for escalated complex technical issues and enforce strategies for issue triage and automation.
• Manage the entire process of new region builds and expansion activities, including resource and timeline management.
• Direct all aspects of installations, repairs, inventory management, and logistics across multiple data centers.
• Establish best practices for component upgrades, large-scale purchases, and proactive maintenance strategies.
• Implement incident management protocols and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to capture process improvements.
• Standardize processes and solutions to ensure the data center knowledge base is comprehensive and strategically aligned.
• Drive performance and talent development by coaching teams on complex problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to oversee operations for one or more data center sites and teams within a region.
• Must be able to set strategic direction for performance monitoring, network evaluation, and capacity analysis.
