Senior Manager, Data Center Facilities Engineering

What you'll do

• Oversee critical infrastructure maintenance and repairs to ensure service uptime meets established SLAs.
• Manage data center incidents by leading root cause analyses and implementing corrective action plans.
• Coordinate between data center partners and internal operations teams to integrate new engineering designs.
• Lead site selection, assessment, and commissioning activities to inform long-term capacity planning.
• Oversee contract administration, including the review of change orders, cost forecasts, and maintenance plans.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards.
• Develop training programs and provide technical mentorship for team members on complex systems.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency across teams.
