What you'll do

  • Provide executive leadership for Cloud Hardware Support including build, deployment, maintenance, and break-fix operations.
  • Develop and execute a scalable regional operating model to support rapid hyperscale growth across multiple countries.
  • Lead and grow a large, geographically dispersed organization of approximately 250 people.
  • Drive operational excellence by standardizing deployment methodologies and improving service delivery across all regions.
  • Implement AI, automation, and process engineering to increase productivity and reduce headcount dependency.
  • Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, partners, and vendors to ensure regional deployment and operational readiness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product to ensure successful cloud region delivery.
