TL;DR · Senior Manager, CX Adoption Analytics & Insights Lead

Senior Manager, CX Adoption Analytics & Insights Lead serves as the data-driven engine for the GTM and Adoption team, focusing on internal AI Digital Platforms. This role is responsible for tracking user engagement, identifying adoption barriers, and diagnosing root causes such as workflow-fit problems or comprehension gaps to drive actionable improvements. The successful candidate will establish measurement standards, build dashboards, and define core metrics like the Sean Ellis test to distinguish actual usage from mere activity. Key responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams in learning, community, and communications to synthesize a unified view of user behavior. Required skills include proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI, experience with product analytics platforms, and expertise in telemetry, activation funnels, and retention cohorts. The role solves the challenge of ensuring internal tools provide measurable value and sustained organizational efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for adoption measurement and behavioral analytics across all initiatives.
  • Track core engagement metrics including active usage, retention, and "Sean Ellis" product market fit testing.
  • Analyze telemetry data to identify specific friction points where users drop out of the adoption lifecycle.
  • Diagnose root causes for missed targets such as workflow gaps, comprehension issues, or organizational barriers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to synthesize shared insights on community engagement, learning progress, and communication effectiveness.
  • Define and track value-delivery metrics like time saved and error reduction rather than just raw usage counts.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to influence product decisions and evidence-based business strategies.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear reports that demonstrate the ROI of adoption efforts to executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in product analytics, digital telemetry, or marketing growth analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI and various product analytics platforms.
  • Experience establishing measurement standards, frameworks, and analytical methodologies across multiple teams or business units.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions through data storytelling and evidence-based recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and measuring user activation funnels, retention cohorts, and Sean Ellis-style testing.
  • Ability to diagnose root causes of adoption stalls and translate complex analytics into actionable business value reports.
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
