What you'll do

  • Oversee operational readiness, including troubleshooting protocols, incident management, and support rotation schedules.
  • Drive talent acquisition by leading interviews and managing the performance and career development of engineering staff.
  • Ensure all cloud infrastructure and documentation comply with industry security standards and regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development is required.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering and operating large-scale, highly-available distributed systems is required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams is required.
  • A BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cloud engineering, networking, and distributed systems is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit very strong engineering talent is required.
  • Experience with infrastructure system software and large infrastructure is required.
