What you'll do

  • Oversee end-to-end CRM strategy for New Verticals, including campaign design.
  • Plan and execute high-impact Occasions campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop annual and quarterly lifecycle marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Establish testing frameworks to improve performance and customer experience.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience with at least 4 years managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to manage both always-on lifecycle programs and high-stakes campaign moments.
  • Track record of building CRM programs that drive measurable business outcomes in engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Strong strategic mindset for defining lifecycle vision and executing campaigns effectively.
  • Deep experience developing and optimizing CRM programs including audience segmentation and experimentation.
  • Expertise in CRM technology such as Braze or Iterable, marketing automation, and data-driven personalization.
  • Ability to build consensus and strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across various departments.
