Senior Manager, Change Management & Technology Enablement

What you'll do

• Define and own the Finance PMO change management methodology by creating scalable frameworks, tools, and standards.
• Manage the full change journey for portfolio projects, including impact assessments, communication plans, and readiness validation.
• Identify and mitigate change saturation risks across multiple concurrent programs to ensure successful adoption.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of change professionals within the Finance PMO.
• Design and execute multi-channel global communication plans and executive-ready materials for transformation initiatives.
• Develop training strategies and "train-the-trainer" programs to build capability across the Finance organization.
• Drive the adoption and integration of GenAI tools and automation solutions across the FinOps department.
• Analyze adoption metrics and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve change management strategies.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in change management, organizational change, or transformation enablement.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience leading change management for large-scale programs in a Finance or technology environment.
• Must possess deep knowledge of core Finance processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Planning/Budgeting.
• Must have demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of direct reports.
• Must have experience leading Finance technology adoption initiatives involving enterprise systems (ERP), AI, or automation.
• Must possess strong executive communication skills to distill complex changes into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Must be able to design and execute multi-channel communication plans and training programs including train-the-trainer models.
• A change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP is strongly preferred.
