Senior Manager, Accounting

What you'll do

• Manage accounting operations for cloud, generative AI, and technology service arrangements using U.S. GAAP judgment.
• Operationalize technical accounting conclusions into journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and close procedures.
• Own the month-end close for worldwide compensation accounts including payroll, bonuses, and commissions.
• Oversee lease accounting processes, including reviews, reconciliations, and journal entries using Tririga.
• Perform flux analysis and executive reporting for compensation, cloud, and lease expenses to identify trends and risks.
• Drive process improvements and automation by implementing AI tools to enhance accounting efficiency.
• Lead analytics across the compensation portfolio to improve forecast accuracy with HR and Payroll partners.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team while serving as a strategic partner to internal departments.

What we're looking for

• A CPA license is required.
• Experience in both public accounting firms and publicly traded multinational companies is required.
• Candidates must have a strong technical accounting foundation under U.S. GAAP.
• Expertise in compensation, employee benefits, lease accounting, and commission capitalization is required.
• Experience with ERP systems is required, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in Blackline, Tableau, and Power BI is highly preferred.
• Experience with cloud, SaaS, or consumption-based cost accounting is a plus.
• Ability to lead projects independently while communicating effectively with executive leadership is required.
