Senior Machine Learning Engineer Video AI (Vision & Creative Systems)

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for video understanding and multimodal systems.
• Develop AI capabilities for creative workflows including visual effects, storyboarding, and color grading.
• Manage the full machine learning lifecycle from data processing and model development to production deployment.
• Improve model quality using fine-tuning, prompt-based methods, and modern vision/language models.
• Integrate machine learning models into production pipelines used by engineering, product, and creative teams.
• Build scalable systems for processing and understanding large volumes of video content.
• Prototype quickly while developing robust, production-ready systems for studio workflows.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning with a focus on computer vision or video.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and solid computer science fundamentals.
• Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Experience with video models including segmentation, tracking, scene understanding, and temporal modeling.
• Familiarity with multimodal systems, state-of-the-art image/video/language models, and their application to multimodal tasks.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines involving data processing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Exposure to generative or enhancement techniques such as diffusion, inpainting, and color/style transfer (preferred).
