Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Semantics

What you'll do

• Develop autonomy algorithms and foundation models to extract semantic meaning from complex urban edge cases.
• Architect scalable machine learning systems including the management of upstream sensor dependencies.
• Design and build robust ML solutions capable of handling large-scale production demands.
• Optimize datasets through advanced sensor data collection, processing, and automated labeling techniques.
• Implement machine learning techniques to improve deep scene understanding and causal modeling of vehicle behavior.
• Deploy advanced machine learning models into production environments in collaboration with platform and product teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in the ML/Robotics industry.
• Proficiency in Python and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch.
• Experience in the Autonomous Driving domain (preferred).
• Proven track record of deploying ML models in safety-critical physical systems (preferred).
• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Vision, Robotics, or Machine Learning (preferred).
• Familiarity with C++ and high-performance computing (preferred).
