Senior Leadership Recruiter, Production Engineering

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert in talent mapping and prospecting techniques.
• Represent the company's brand both internally and externally to stakeholders.
• Build recruitment strategies using internal resources to attract top-tier talent.
• Engage with executive-level hiring managers to understand and meet their needs.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes through automation and data analysis.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years experience as a high-volume leadership recruiter for critical roles.
• Extensive client interaction with executive leaders, including hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting in an agency or fast-paced startup environment for leadership/executive roles.
• Strong expertise in talent mapping, prospecting techniques, and candidate management tools.
• Ability to work hybrid onsite at the Costa Mesa, CA office.
