You will collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions while mentoring other engineering community members. Your daily work involves utilizing JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, alongside Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases. You will also employ container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, plus various AWS tools. This position solves critical business problems regarding risk management frameworks, testing controls, and ensuring compliance with BSA/AML regulations.

What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
Develop distributed microservices and full stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
Deliver robust cloud-based solutions using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Write and evaluate code using Python, TypeScript, React, Java, and Go.
Manage and query Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
Mentor other members of the engineering community.
Implement interactive AI tooling to accelerate development productivity.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master’s Degree (preferred).
9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: Python, Typescript, or React (preferred).
4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred).
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred).
1+ years of people management experience (preferred).
