What you'll do

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers.
Develop distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet regulatory requirements.
Build robust cloud-based solutions using AWS tools and services.
Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on tech trends.
Implement risk management frameworks for monitoring risks and testing controls.
Ensure products are delivered in strict compliance with BSA/AML regulations and global laws.
Utilize a variety of programming languages including Python, TypeScript, React, and Go.
Leverage interactive AI tooling to accelerate development productivity.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
Master's Degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in at least one of Python, Typescript, or React.
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
1+ years of people management experience and 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.
Work authorization that require immigration support from an employer.
