What you'll do

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Paze Checkout experiences.
Lead the development and integration of scalable, reliable, and developer-friendly checkout solutions.
Translate customer feedback and qualitative/quantitative insights into data-driven product requirements and priorities.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and technology providers to deliver market-ready solutions.
Oversee the integration of risk, security controls, and regulatory compliance within products.
Define success metrics and make explicit risk-reward tradeoffs for authentication and payment capabilities.
Groom user stories and motivate technical teams to deliver on product requirements.

What we're looking for

Candidates must independently possess the eligibility to work in the United States.
Completion of a bachelor's degree is typically required.
Typically requires 12 or more years of progressive related work experience.
Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development process and methodology.
Demonstrated leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Proven experience in building and delivering products, setting product strategy, and meeting revenue targets.
Master’s degree (preferred).
Certifications in design thinking and/or agile (preferred).
Prior experience in payments, financial services, or a similar regulated industry (preferred).
People management experience (preferred).
