The ideal candidate has 7+ years of business execution experience with a focus on AI/ML platforms and cloud-native technologies like GCP or Azure, along with strong technical acumen and cross-functional leadership skills to manage complex initiatives in a regulated environment.
Own customer-facing platform operational outcomes from production readiness through steady-state execution.
Define and evolve customer-facing operational readiness, including support models, SLAs/SLOs, and consumption health signals.
Lead enterprise-wide resiliency initiatives for AI services to ensure high standards of reliability and security.
Drive cross-functional technical programs from strategy through execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and mitigating risks.
Partner with incident management teams to conduct post-incident reviews and implement systemic remediation measures.
Define and track customer-centric platform health metrics to inform leadership decisions on investment prioritization.
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
3+ years of product/solution management, program delivery, or technical product ownership for AI/ML platforms.
Proven ability to own customer-facing operational outcomes across cross-functional teams.
Experience leading large, complex cross-functional technical programs from strategy through execution.
Strong understanding and experience with cloud-native platforms, container orchestration, and observability tooling.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with operating AI/ML services in production enterprise environments.
