Senior Strategic Business Advisor

What you'll do

• Deliver innovative platform solutions using analytical skills, financial expertise, and knowledge of commercial banking products.
• Provide guidance to help customers align pricing strategies with internal processes for cost of funds, credit capital, and expense methodologies.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Team and Customer Success Managers to maximize customer value on PrecisionLender platforms.
• Develop and deliver consulting strategies that solve client problems and deepen Q2 relationships through various engagements.
• Advise internal teams on commercial pricing impacts on bank financial statements, including regulatory requirements like Basel capital.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in financial institutions, including commercial loan pricing and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of commercial banking products, credit risk concepts, and regulatory requirements like Basel and IFRS 9.
• Proven ability to provide strategic guidance on platform solutions and customer profitability strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in evaluating legacy pricing tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent advanced degree with relevant experience.
