The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Jira, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and expertise in Loan IQ systems data, including front-end and data model knowledge. Additionally, you should have experience with SQL for analysis and validation, creating process flows and system diagrams using Microsoft Visio, and managing production support inquiries. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial lending lifecycle, including syndicated, bilateral, and member deals, as well as experience in business systems analysis supporting technology solutions.

What you'll do
Lead business analysis activities to deliver effective system solutions for simple to moderately complex problems.

What we're looking for
At least 4 years of experience in business systems data or equivalent
Advanced Loan IQ Business Systems Data experience required
Experience in business systems analysis supporting technology solutions
Hands-on experience with Jira for managing requirements and user stories
Strong collaboration and communication skills across business and tech teams
SQL proficiency, preferably with Loan IQ schema knowledge
Commercial lending lifecycle experience including syndicated deals
