What you'll do
Lead practice change efforts by evolving operating models and client engagement approaches for advisor-facing teams.

What we're looking for
At least 7 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
Expertise in change management methodologies for enterprise transformation initiatives
Experience with RIA, Wealth Management, or Financial Advisor practice environments
Proven ability to build business processes and frameworks from ambiguous environments
Strong analytical skills and executive communication abilities
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across organizational levels
