What you'll do

Design, develop, and implement complex middleware applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Integrate AI-powered tools to automate code generation, identify design patterns, and validate system architecture.
Architect and optimize database interactions for Oracle, SQL, and MongoDB using AI-driven performance analysis.
Manage CI/CD pipelines by integrating AI for automated testing, vulnerability scanning, and deployment optimization.
Mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance and establishing AI-driven development practices.
Troubleshoot production issues using AI-driven anomaly detection and automated log analysis.
Research and implement emerging AI technologies to improve developer productivity and software quality.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure security measures are integrated into the system design.

What we're looking for

Strong understanding of Java (JDK 8+, preferably 11/17) including multithreading, collections, and JVM internals.
Extensive experience with Spring Framework components including Spring Boot, MVC, Data JPA, and Security.
Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices for middleware applications.
Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases, including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
Experience with MongoDB, including data modeling, querying, and performance tuning.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Practical experience with AI development tools such as Devin, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Anti Gravity, and Codex.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and integrating AI into software development workflows.
