Senior Java Developer

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain Java-based applications and services for the MineStar ecosystem.
• Produce clean, well-tested, and maintainable code that meets security and resilience standards.
• Deliver features end-to-end from initial refinement and estimation through implementation and release.
• Contribute to solution design and technical decision-making for complex software problems.
• Participate in code and design reviews to promote engineering standards and reliability.
• Monitor production services, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis for sustainable fixes.
• Mentor other engineers through pairing, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience developing mission-critical Java software in multi-threaded and distributed environments.
• Expertise in concurrent processing, real-time system performance, and algorithm-based software development.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and structured methodologies for delivering software products.
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques to resolve hardware, software, or operational issues.
• Knowledge of problem-solving approaches and techniques for organizational, operational, or process problems.
• Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, regulatory considerations, and major issues.
• Commercial experience implementing microservices, distributed architecture, modern database design, and cloud infrastructure (preferred).
• Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Restful APIs (preferred).
