What you'll do

Develop and maintain high-performance, large-scale applications using Java, Spring, and REST APIs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers on best practices and emerging technologies.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of relevant experience in Java.
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
Experience managing and implementing successful projects using consulting or project management techniques.
Proficiency with Spring, REST API, SQL, NoSQL, and Big Data technologies.
Expertise in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
Ability to lead, mentor junior engineers, and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
