  • Track and optimize all regional partner marketing efforts against outcomes and budget.
  • Standardize deployment of partner marketing events while accommodating local market nuances.
  • Collaborate with global Partner Marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience managing large, complex regional programs in Latin America.
  • Proven track record of executing successful channel and cloud partner marketing initiatives.
  • 10+ years of partner marketing experience with leadership over high-performing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to align partner marketing with broader business goals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for internal and external collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred, along with fluency in English.
