  • Champion automation in the DevOps lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure changes.
  • Lead resolution of critical production issues and maintain compliance with tech risk and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of technical leadership experience in re-engineering middleware platforms and integration services.
  • Proven track record managing infrastructure, including both internal and external IAAS, containerization, and cloud adoption.
  • Experience building scalable, highly available, resilient applications with Oracle databases, application servers, and failover solutions.
  • Strong background in Core Banking platforms, real-time integration design patterns, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools like Ansible for infrastructure configuration.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead software organization transformation in large enterprise environments.
