What we're looking for
7+ years of engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or military experience.
7+ years of experience in software development.
5+ years of experience with Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and other relevant technologies.
5+ years of experience in AI and ML concepts, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field (preferred).
Hands-on experience designing and building Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, RAG, and AI orchestration platforms (preferred).
Experience with AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel (preferred).
Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
