What you'll do

Define software architecture and interface specifications for embedded wireless systems.
Analyze and implement wireless protocols and vehicle command/control schemes.
Develop low-level device drivers and board support packages for software-defined radio products.
Own complex firmware features of an embedded system from development to completion.
Debug and troubleshoot issues across electrical, firmware, and software boundaries.
Select microcontrollers and peripherals while reviewing hardware schematics with the engineering team.
Manage multiple projects concurrently at various stages of development.

What we're looking for

Must have a BS or MS in CS, CE, EE, or equivalent industry experience.
Must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled information requirements.
Requires 5+ years of experience in firmware/embedded software development.
Must possess strong C coding skills for embedded systems.
Experience with one or more microcontroller cores such as ARM, AVR, MSP430, or RISC-V is required.
Experience integrating microcontrollers with analog and digital sensors is required.
Experience developing firmware in RTOS environments like ThreadX or FreeRTOS is required.
Must have solid debugging skills using JTAG/SWD, Oscilloscopes, and Logic analyzers.
