What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
Experience mentoring and coaching finance talent in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Demonstrated financial modeling skills including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis, business case development, portfolio analysis, and full P&L management.
Solid foundation of accounting principles and GAAP.
Experience with BI and planning tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, or similar platforms (preferred).
Gaming, mobile, or live service experience is helpful.
Familiarity with and willingness to adopt AI-powered business tools like generative AI and LLM applications.
