As a Senior Finance Manager on the Data Management team within Core Financial Planning & Analysis, you will operate at the intersection of finance, data, and technology. You will build partnerships with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Engineering to evaluate and operationalize evolving business needs, including new business models and performance metrics. Your daily work involves managing complex projects to improve financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data management capabilities while ensuring scalable systems provide accurate insights. What we're looking for
A Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in finance.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in finance.
Equivalent professional experience to the specified education and experience requirements.
Experience with core Microsoft financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation (preferred).
Demonstrated strength in process and project management (preferred).
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to perform in ambiguous environments (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools, including Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate (preferred).
