  • Build, grow, and mentor a high-performing engineering team by providing people and technical leadership.
  • Partner with Data Science, Product, and Business Development teams to align priorities and drive delivery.
  • Work directly with business and third-party partners to select partnerships and ensure integration reliability.
  • Architect full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale to support the third-party supply ecosystem.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of overall engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale.
  • Experience applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles.
  • Technical leadership experience setting direction and working cross-functionally with Product and Data Science teams.
  • Strong communication skills to influence others and communicate technical initiatives to non-technical teams.
  • Experience with designing and building external-facing APIs and AI Agent Integration (preferred).
