What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
10 or more years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Android application development using Kotlin at scale.
Proven ability to design scalable, reusable, and high-performance mobile architectures for high-volume conditions.
Experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced environments while managing hiring, performance evaluations, and budget accountability.
Ability to use data and metrics to validate technical decisions and measure architectural outcomes.
Experience adopting or leading AI-driven and agentic development approaches within software delivery workflows.
Background in financial services, fintech, or payments technology, specifically in mobile money movement or transactional products.
First-class leadership and communication skills to align senior stakeholders and resolve technical disagreements.
