What you'll do

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications within the Accounting technology landscape using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, and ReactJS.
  • Build and maintain APIs, microservices, distributed applications, and data processing solutions using Spark and Hadoop.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure application stability and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines while deploying applications on Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms.
  • Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to define requirements and contribute to solution architecture.
  • Solve complex technical challenges to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that meet business objectives.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • Extensive hands-on development experience building enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, ReactJS, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, container platforms like Kubernetes and OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with big data technologies including Apache Spark, Hadoop, BigQuery, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Proven ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring responsible and ethical use of data.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning capabilities in Agile software development environments.
  • Preferred experience in Accounting, Finance, or Banking technology.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and event-driven architectures is preferred.
