What you'll do

Monitor performance of application infrastructure and suggest technical improvements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Five years of experience providing support to critical financial applications in complex production environments.
Experience analyzing engineering, business, and data processing problems to improve computer systems.
Experience identifying user requirements and procedures to automate and improve existing systems.
Proficiency in ITIL processes for incident management, problem resolution, and change/release management.
Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity management tests, and addressing audit findings.
Experience with job scheduling using Control-M or Autosys.
Proficiency with tools including Oracle Exadata, PL SQL, Unix, ServiceNow, Shell Script, Toad, Axiom Controller, Linux, Putty, Geneos, SAS, and MicroStrategy.
