What you'll do

  • Improve reliability, performance, scalability, availability, observability, and security of loyalty services in production environments.
  • Build automated tests, CI/CD practices, deployment procedures, and release processes to increase delivery confidence for loyalty services.
  • Mentor engineers and participate in interviews by providing clear, specific feedback on technical activities.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in relevant areas.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and the Spring Boot framework, with sound object-oriented design skills.
  • Experience with RESTful services, event-driven applications, Kafka, AWS or GCP, and cloud-native development.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for real engineering work, including judgment to verify AI-generated output.
