Senior Engineer, Software/Info Platform

What you'll do

• Architect, govern, and optimize the enterprise SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) cloud landscape.
• Manage BTP accounts, subaccounts, entitlements, quotas, destinations, and user authorizations.
• Perform daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of complex BTP services.
• Design and maintain infrastructure layers, including region selection, runtime environments, and HA/DR configurations.
• Develop standards, procedures, and documentation for BTP services and information platform systems.
• Provide technical expertise for S/4 integration, Integration Suite performance, and scalability.
• Monitor and manage proactive maintenance for CAP/RAP and BTP platform environments.
• Interface with developers and infrastructure teams to resolve performance and data access requirements.

What we're looking for

• 3 years of experience working with SAP BTP.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis or enterprise cloud platform administration (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of BTP Service deployment, Cloud Foundry spaces, BTP cockpit, destination configurations, AI Services, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Infrastructure as a code via Terraform (preferred), BTP CLI (preferred), and Cloud Foundry CLI (preferred).
• Familiarity with identity management (IAS/IPS), security protocols, zero-trust architecture, and BTP AI offerings (preferred).
• Deep operational knowledge of Cloud Foundry and Kyma (Kubernetes) environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and Event Mesh (preferred).
