The SAP PO BTP Integration Suite Senior Developer leads the design, development, migration, and support of enterprise integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP platforms. Working with business stakeholders and architects, you will build secure, scalable integrations and manage the modernization from SAP Process Orchestration to SAP BTP Integration Suite. Daily tasks include developing integration flows, APIs, and event-driven interfaces using SAP BTP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, and CPI. You will utilize technologies including REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, BAPI, SFTP, HTTPS, XSLT, XPath, and Groovy scripting. The role involves defining integration patterns, monitoring interface health, and supporting complex systems like SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Azure, and Snowflake to ensure reliable data exchange and operational stability across critical business systems.
Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite and Cloud Integration.
Develop integration flows, APIs, event-driven integrations, and file-based interfaces across SAP and third-party systems.
Build complex message mappings using graphical mapping, XSLT, XPath, and Groovy scripting.
Lead the migration of interfaces from SAP Process Orchestration (PO) to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Configure and support SAP BTP capabilities including API Management, Event Mesh, and Open Connectors.
Monitor interface health, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement proactive alerting for production systems.
Define integration patterns, standards, and reusable frameworks to improve consistency and scalability.
Translate functional requirements from stakeholders into technical integration designs and delivery plans.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in SAP integration development within enterprise environments using SAP middleware, interfaces, and integration patterns.
7+ years of experience designing and delivering SAP integration solutions using technologies such as REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, BAPI, SFTP, HTTPS, and file-based interfaces.
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh, or Open Connectors.
3+ years of experience leading or supporting migration of interfaces from SAP PI/PO or SAP Process Orchestration (PO) to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
5+ years of experience developing message mappings, transformations, and scripts using Groovy, XSLT, XPath, XML, JSON, XSD, or similar integration technologies.
3+ years of experience implementing secure integrations using OAuth 2.0, certificates, JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication, SAP Cloud Connector, or similar security and connectivity mechanisms.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
