What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy large-scale distributed AI applications to power customer self-service across multiple communication channels.
Build and optimize multi-agent systems to enable intelligent, collaborative decision-making for improved automation.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through best practices in architecture, testing, and monitoring.
Implement AI models and large language models (LLMs) within production environments to solve real-world business problems.
Develop applications using microservice-oriented architecture and extensible REST APIs.
Manage infrastructure and deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure tools.
Maintain and enhance systems within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application and Microsoft Power Platforms.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/experience.
4+ years of professional software development experience within a Python or Java framework.
4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
3+ years of experience with architecture and design.
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service.
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platforms preferred.
Proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch to deploy LLMs in production.
Experience building large-scale distributed systems using microservices, REST APIs, and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
