Senior Engineer, AI & ML

What you'll do

• Provide reliable and scalable machine-learning capabilities across the organization.
• Partner with Data Scientists to design and produce machine learning models.
• Test and monitor applications and front-end experiences for production readiness.
• Convert machine learning models into mission-critical capabilities that improve customer experience.
• Research and identify new opportunities to shape products, tools, and technologies for business performance.
• Develop and deploy scalable services on distributed architectures like microservices or Kubernetes.
• Build enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud technologies.
• Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and model deployment using MLFlow or SageMaker.

What we're looking for

• A Master’s degree in a technical or related field and three years of relevant experience are required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field and five years of relevant experience are accepted as an alternative.
• Experience designing and developing on distributed architectures, such as microservices or Kubernetes, is required.
• Experience with Python programming and object-oriented languages like C# or Java is required.
• Proficiency in building enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud technologies is required.
• Experience with DevOps practices, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
• Expertise in machine learning, AIaaS, MLOps, and industry-standard Python libraries is required.
• Experience with model development tools like MLFlow, Azure ML, or Sage Maker and libraries like TensorFlow, Scikit, or PyTorch is required.
