Senior Engineer, AI Enablement

What you'll do

• Design AI platform solutions that integrate with developer tools, cloud services, LLM providers, and observability systems.
• Break down complex technical designs into actionable tasks for engineers and own systems spanning multiple team members.
• Build and evolve AI infrastructure and tooling using Kubernetes and AWS to serve engineering teams.
• Implement automation to streamline the delivery of AI services and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Mentor junior engineers on technical approaches, career development, and high-quality code standards.
• Lead design reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve the quality of team output.
• Resolve complex technical incidents and facilitate cross-functional troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Document system designs, team processes, and key performance metrics to support knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Expert programming skills in Python to write clean, maintainable, and extensible code.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with frameworks and tools that deploy applications to AWS, including infrastructure as code.
• Understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including tools like AWS AgentCore or similar platforms.
• Ability to design systems that are testable, maintainable, efficient, and extensible.
• Analytical and debugging skills applied to complex technical challenges.
