Senior Endpoint Management Engineer (Intune)

What you'll do

• Manage modern device management projects using Microsoft Intune and Azure AD.
• Design and manage Intune Autopilot for modern provisioning of enterprise devices.
• Develop and deploy configuration profiles, policies, and remediation scripts within Intune.
• Package, test, and deploy applications across the enterprise using modern platforms.
• Execute patch and release management using Intune Autopatch technology.
• Write production-quality PowerShell and Graph API workflows to automate Intune and Azure processes.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and application issues across the EUC stack.
• Implement proactive self-healing capabilities and observability strategies to ensure system availability.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in modern provisioning like Intune autopilot design and management.
• 5+ years of experience in Intune policy, configuration profile, and remediation script development/deployment.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging, testing, and seamless deployment using modern platforms like Intune.
• 5+ years of experience in patching and release management using Intune Autopatch technology.
• 5+ years of experience writing production quality PowerShell and Graph API workflows to automate workflows in Intune/Azure environments.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Microsoft certifications such as Endpoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator are highly recommended (preferred).
