What you'll do

Design, test, and validate Battery Management Systems (BMS) for autonomous vehicles.
Manage the full lifecycle of vehicle-level integrations from initial concept through production.
Execute full cycle PCB design including requirements gathering, schematic design, component selection, and layout.
Develop system interconnect diagrams and define wire harnesses for electronic equipment.
Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews to ensure technical integrity.
Build and test engine system components through lab, ground, and flight tests.
Perform root cause analysis to support field operations and troubleshoot issues.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs.
Strong background in circuit design, including components and mixed-signals design.
Experience in power electronics, converter design, powertrain, or UAS.
Previous experience working on BMS or in the automotive industry.
Proficiency with test equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, thermal chambers, and current probes.
Familiarity with standard interfaces such as CAN, I2C, and SPI.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
