What we're looking for

10+ years experience in marketplace risk, fraud prevention, trust & safety, or financial crimes.
Deep expertise in analytics for seller fraud, identity risk, counterfeit detection, and prohibited goods risks.
Proven ability to manage high-performing teams of at least 10 people.
Strong analytical skills with prior experience in payments and marketplace risk management.
Experience partnering with engineering and data science teams on model development.
Ability to navigate evolving global regulatory requirements for compliance.
Influential leadership in fast-paced environments, providing executive-level briefings.
