What we're looking for
A related technical degree is required.
15+ years of broad cybersecurity experience across infrastructure, application security, incident response, identity, and threat intelligence are required.
At least 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing managers and coaching senior leaders are required.
Proven track record building and scaling enterprise security programs at consumer or enterprise SaaS scale is required.
Deep expertise in crisis management and incident response for both product and enterprise environments is required.
Experience leading through organizational change with globally distributed, cross-functional teams is required.
Experience securing AI/ML systems, LLM-powered features, or agentic platforms is preferred.
Experience with high-assurance compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP High and DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) is preferred.
