What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • Over 15 years of experience in aircraft design, manufacturing, or service and support.
  • At least 10 years of program/project management experience for complex aerospace programs.
  • Deep understanding of avionics and flight deck systems integration across platforms.
  • Strong financial management, risk mitigation, and program execution skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in engineering, certification, quality assurance.
  • Experience working with regulatory authorities on certification processes.
