We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for our Space business line, where you will lead the day-to-day execution of program initiatives and tasks, collaborating with Business Operations to manage budgets and schedules while ensuring technical objectives meet contractual requirements. This role involves managing multiple space system development and delivery contracts across dynamic operations missions, requiring expertise in space systems engineering, environmental considerations, and verification/validation processes. Ideal candidates possess a B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering, with 8+ years of relevant industry experience and CAPM/PMP certification preferred. Experience with national security space systems is highly valued, along with a Top Secret security clearance.

What you'll do

Manage day-to-day execution of space system development and delivery contracts.
Coordinate with Business Operations to manage program budgets and schedules.
Ensure technical objectives are met while complying with contractual requirements.
Lead integration efforts for sophisticated hardware and software systems in space.
Work closely with the customer and Growth team to satisfy project goals.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in executing engineering or program management for space hardware, payloads, or satellites.
Strong understanding of space systems engineering and environmental considerations.
Experience with deployment and integration of sophisticated national security space systems.
B.S. degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.
At least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
CAPM or PMP certification preferred but not required.
Active Top Secret security clearance.
